Fungi is a salon-style art collective space located in the Gràcia district of Barcelona, Spain.

We host thematic salons and workshops on slow perception, body awareness, and urban culture to art enthusiasts across Europe passionate about lifestyle, artistic expression, and personal growth.

Fungi is also an independent platform that merges art with lifestyle:

We continually showcase and sell creative products, independent publications, and handcrafted art from both China and abroad.

We also curating a selection of locally crafted objects and home decor from Catalonia, to promote the aesthetic language and artisan spirit of the local culture.

We organize regular vintage markets featuring mid-century furniture, designer vintage clothing, and upcycled works, inviting the public to discover, trade, and share the stories behind their treasured objects.

Our Story

The name Fungi comes from the unique and mysterious life form in nature — fungi. Neither plants nor animals, they quietly extend their networks beneath the earth through mycelium, connecting all things.

This silent yet resilient vitality is the core inspiration behind Fungi: a small body, yet a vast and tenacious life network.

We believe that within each person’s body and emotions lies a similar life force, waiting to be awakened and nourished.

Thus, we created Fungi—a space where art and body awareness gently bring you closer to your true self.

Fungi regularly hosts workshops and salons that explore touch, sight, smell, language, and rhythm, including fragrance creation, pottery, knotting, knitting, and sound practices.

We invite you to experience the present in each creation, to record your authentic self, and to notice the traces of your growth through each unique experience.
